Larry M. Starr

For the past 30 years I have worked in academia and as a corporate director of science, research, education, training and development for companies in Pennsylvania and Ohio. I am a member of the Council on Scientific Affairs for the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, author of their national guideline on use of defibrillators in the workplace, and recipient of the College’s 2002 Award for Meritorious Service. My current research and consulting involves applying social systems thinking and practices to a broad array of organization challenges including strategic and resource planning, organization development, and large complex system change.
